1. Pre-Booking Required – All events & classes must be booked in advance through our website or peach http://peach.nu/c/dearbodymind .

2. Cancellation Policy – Yoga Classes can be cancelled and fully refunded up to 6 hours before start. Any Events or Private Sessions can be cancelled and fully refunded latest 12 hours before start through http://peach.nu/c/dearbodymind .

The 6 or 12 hour time is to allow someone else to book your spot.

Late cancellations and No-shows, will be charged full price.

3. Arrival Time – Please arrive at least 15 minutes before class starts. We lock the entry door during the class, so please be on time. Enjoy a cup of tea & find your mat while you wait.

4. Waitlist System – If a class is fully booked, you can send us and email and we will notify you by email if a spot opens up. Please confirm your attendance as soon as possible.

5. Health & Safety – Inform your teacher of any injuries or health concerns before class.

6. Liability Waiver - The studio is not responsible for personal injuries or lost belongings. Participation is at your own risk, and by booking, you acknowledge that the studio is not liable for any injuries sustained during classes.

7. Props & Mats – You are welcome to bring your own yoga mat, but studio mats and props are available for use. Please clean them after use with the provided sanitizers.

8. Respectful Environment –

a. Please keep conversations low before and after class to maintain a calm atmosphere.

b. Phones should be on silent or turned off.

c. Mats and props must be cleaned after use.

9. Workshops & Special Events – Different cancellation policies may apply to workshops and special events. Please check the specific terms when booking.

10. Changes & Cancellations by the Studio - The studio reserves the right to cancel or reschedule classes due to unforeseen circumstances. Participants will be notified as soon as possible.

11. Policy and Pricing Updates – The studio reserves the right to update policies and pricing as needed. Any changes will be communicated in advance through email and social media.

They use cookies for site functionality and analytics, with services primarily for users 18+ or those with guardian consent. Data is retained to provide services and meet legal obligations.

Process and manage class, treatment, and event bookings

Ensure a safe and personalised experience in classes and treatments

Data Storage & SecurityYour data is stored securely for 6 months after your first visit and then deleted from our system.
